THE MR. ED WEIRDO STORY

Mr. Ed Weirdo is the putrid product of Ed Gauthier, a complete idiot who lived in Los Angeles County for many years,

who can still barely tie his own shoelaces. His art and journalism have appeared in alternative press publications,

from the L.A. Star and Uncle Jam (published in L.A. County) to the L.A. Weekly and the L.A. Free Press.

Speaking of L.A., Gauthier was also one of the last people ever hired as a writer by the L.A. Herald Examiner

newspaper, since a month or so later their owners announced it was closing down - for which he still blames himself.

(Gee, have we used the term L.A. enough, yet?)

He now lives in Santa Barbara County while writing an online column which appears in The Blogger Bulletin,

among other venues. His favorite role remains that of the evil instigator of the afore-mentioned webcomic

Mr. Ed Weirdo, though. It has been running as an independent production since 1970, and later on the internet.

Gauthier's stupid strip usually features his brainless blatherings about society, the news and many other

random inane topics, by comparison making geniuses out of all standard losers.
